A generous wedge of our homemade quiche filled with mushrooms, broccoli, red pepper, onion and Swiss cheese then garnished with assorted sliced melons.
ORIENTAL BEEF Or CHICKEN STIR FRY
Tenderloin tips stir fried with crisp oriental vegetables and finished with a
ginger Teriyaki sauce, served on a bed of steamed white rice.
CHICKEN ALA KING
Chunks of meaty chicken, red & green peppers, mushrooms and onions
combined in a light cream sauce and presented in a puff pastry shell.
PASTA PRIMAVERA WITH GRILLED CHICKEN
Assorted garden vegetables sautéed with grilled chicken & herbs atop a bed of
fettuccine and finished with a creamy Alfredo sauce.
LASAGNA
Ground beef, veal and ricotta cheese layered between homemade noodles
and topped with marinara sauce.

wrapped in puff pastry & served with a chicken veloute sauce.
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
Boneless breast of chicken filled with Swiss cheese & smoked ham,
finished with a chicken veloute sauce.
