Individual Dinners
All dinners include: Fresh Vegetables & Dip, Cheese and Crackers Hors D'oeuvre Tray, House Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressing, Choice of Potato and Vegetable, Homemade Bread and Butter, Soft Drink Bar and Choice of Dessert.
Chicken Cordon Blue:
A boneless breast of chicken, smoked ham, imported Swiss cheese, rolled in fresh breadcrumbs and topped with Veloute sauce.
Chicken Parmesan:
A boneless breast of chicken lightly breaded and sautéed. Topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Combination Dinner:
A boneless Breast of chicken picatta in a white wine lemon butter sauce and a filet mignon marinated and grilled.
Vegetarian Selection:
